Cabinet Maker/Woodworker

We are looking for motivated, skilled applicants capable of crafting the top-quality pieces for which Grand/Pohl Woodworking is known. Must be able to Mfg. cabinet doors, Plane, mill, sand, read blueprints, read wood for selections, use all typical millwork machinery and own your own hand tools. Must have full understanding from blueprint to installation.

AutoCAD Draftsman/Cabinet Vision, Mozaik/3D Rendering

Grand/ Pohl Woodworking, South Florida’s newest and most competitive source for custom architectural woodwork and custom cabinets in the greater Naples area, is looking to hire experienced AutoCAD draftsmen. Qualified candidates will have experience drawing custom built-ins, cabinetry, kitchens and baths. Software critical is Mozaik, Cyncly, and Cabinet Vision (Hexagon). Need to have competent knowledge of all cabinet aspects and metric system. Must be able to understand and make cabinetry drawings with 3d renders. Must be able to save and organize files that will be CNC programs. Must be competent on CNC programs and processing work. The successful candidate will work closely with Grand/Pohl Woodworking’s staff of skilled artisans and meet the tight deadlines required for the heirloom quality masterpieces Grand/Pohl Woodworking produces for distinguished homes and businesses.

Artists will need 3D rendering experience and capable of drawing 3 perspectives. Knowledge of Sketch Up and other 3D rendering tools are necessary. Full-time staff positions are available. This job requires office work most of the time.

This is a full-time staff position. The successful candidate will have minimum 5 years of experience installing Cabinetry, Kitchens and Baths, and other architectural millwork including crown, baseboard, beams, wall paneling, and misc. trim carpentry. We are looking for motivated and skilled candidates with a high level of attention to detail. Applicants must be independent, trustworthy and reliable workers who are capable of handling and installing the top-quality projects that Grand/ Pohl Woodworking creates for distinguished homes and businesses. This is a subcontractor position. This would be for our large commercial scale work several times a year. Successful candidates will be licensed and insured for cabinet and millwork installation.

This is a flexible position that is still evolving in terms of specific duties, so qualified candidates will need to know their way around a woodworking facility and familiarize them with the tools and materials used in the process. Duties will cover work in the shop itself, delivery to the project site and installation assistance at the project site.

A clean driving record and valid U.S. driver’s license is required for delivery duties. Energetic and motivated candidates need to be careful, detail-oriented people who are courteous when dealing with customers. The physical demands of the position require candidates to be able to lift heavier items and goods.

This is a position that is evolving in terms of specific duties, so qualified candidates will need to know their way around a woodworking facility, wood machinery, trucks, lifts, compressors, and be familiar with the tools and materials used in the process. Duties will cover work in the shop itself, possibly deliveries, ordering supplies, products, and some inventory. This affects two shops at two locations.

The successful candidate will be relied upon to organize and supervise all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth daily operation of Grand/Pohl Woodworking. A must have knowledge of 2025 QuickBooks Online, Excel, Word, Microsoft programs, billing, collection, and Payroll.

Experience in management is required, and candidates will be expected to have a talent for organization, customer service and multi-tasking. Any knowledge and experience with the woodworking industry is a plus.

Project Manager Estimator

Grand/Pohl Woodworking, South Florida’s newest and most competitive source for custom architectural woodwork and custom cabinets in the greater Naples area, is looking to hire a Project Manager. The job will require you to schedule, oversee and maintain Grand/Pohl Woodworking’s projects. Candidates will be required to uphold the quality standards of Grand/Pohl Woodworking’s craftsmanship for each project the company takes. The Project Manager will need to see these standards maintained all the way through to completion of a project, including construction, delivery and installation.

Responsibilities:
Full Estimating capabilities from Mfg to installation.
Manage project from initiation through installation
Manage project budget
Provide project timeline/schedule
Ordering materials, coordinate with vendors.
Work with sales reps, purchasing and shop foreman to ensure timely project completion
Monitor and report on project progress, problems and solutions.
Be accountable for project results
Act as liaison between Grand/Pohl Woodworking and its clients to best serve the needs of the client

Required:
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools

Direct work experience in project management capacity
